Voyager, a broker offering bitcoin trading without commission, reported record profits

The Canadian Exchange-listed cryptobroker Voyager Digital reported a preliminary profit of US$1.1 million for the current fiscal year. Compared to the previous period, the company's income increased almost 13 times.
Voyager Digital is registered in the Financial Crime Network (FinCEN) and offers digital assets trading without fees. In the last quarter of 2019 the company's revenue increased by 701% compared to the same period of 2018.
The broker also noted a 750% increase in the number of users compared to the last fiscal year. During the same period, trading turnover increased from US$20 million to US$165 million.
The company's shares on the Canadian Stock Exchange grew by 20% after the report was published. At the moment, the daily growth is 12.6%.
Voyager was founded in 2017 by veterans of Uber and E*Trade. At the beginning of last year, the company bought the cryptocurrency wallet for US$4 mln. In April this year, a broker bought the Circle Invest application.
