Morgan Stanley: Demand for oil will not get to 2019 levels by the end of 2021

World demand for oil will only climb to 2019 levels in Q4 of 2021 as countries will start to slowly recover from pandemic, Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) stated.
The demand recovery will be somewhat muted, and we could see some structural changes to people's behaviour
"The demand recovery will be somewhat muted, and we could see some structural changes to people's behaviour," Martijn Rats, head of Morgan Stanley's oil market research department, told reporters.
Morgan Stanley believes that US base oil prices will reach stability at around US$40 per brl and Brent to reach an average US$45 per brl in 2021
