Number of active wallets in the Bitcoin network has increased to its maximum since July 2019

Back in July 2019 bitcoin rose above US$13,000.
Yesterday's rise in the price of Bitcoin was preceded by increased activity in the network. According to Glassnode, the number of active addresses increased to July 2019 estimates, when the market was on the rise.

This analysis does not include wallets with multiple addresses belonging to the same users. This should give a more complete picture of online activity.
Back in July 2019 bitcoin rose above US$13,000.
According to analysts of Glassnode, the current increase in activity may indicate that new investors are entering the market. Traditional markets are still characterized by uncertainty, and Bitcoin as a hedging instrument against falling oil prices and other classic assets becomes more attractive.
The day before the price of bitcoin reached $7,750, which was a 100% increase from a low on March 13.
As of the date of publication, the first cryptocurrency is trading at $7,570 (+6.8% per day).
