WTI oil futures cheapened during the American session

Futures on WTI oil fell during the American session.
At the New York Mercantile Exchange futures for WTI oil with delivery in May are traded at US$20.21 per barrel, which fell by 0.50% at the time of writing.
Futures on the USD index, showing the ratio of the US dollar to the basket of six major currencies, rose by 0.64% and traded at US$99.515.
As for other goods traded on ICE, futures on Brent oil with delivery in June decreased by 5.81%, reaching US$27.88 per barrel, while the price difference between contracts on Brent oil and WTI oil was US$7.67 per barrel.
