Blackmoon Crypto was registered in the Cayman Islands. In 2017, the exchange raised US$30 million. Initially, it traded Ethereum tokens. In the summer of 2019, 3,800 users registered on Blackmoon. Blackmoon planned to significantly increase their number, having started trading Gram.
A partner of Blackmoon was the Swiss company Gram Vault, which wanted to provide storage services for Gram and TON Labs tokens, an unofficial technical partner of Telegram, according to the publication.
